wow. wow--wow--wow--wow--wow--wow--wow. i think this may be a record for silence here on the blog! it happens to everyone, right?! there's been such an odd combination of nothing to say/too much going on that i've just been avoiding this little space, but it's time to snap out of it! 
for now, i'll document a little outing we took to the national guard armory with some friends. the boys (and girl) had a grand old time climbing around all over the vehicles! 
the babies in their pods. i just love little thumb-suckers! (leo is my first baby who hasn't.)
we promised the boys a tank, so luckily we found something that passed muster at the end of the yard.
mr. o's colleague was such a sport to provide a spontaneous tour, pose for pictures, and lift all the children in & out!
mr. o was diggin' the tour as much (or more) than the boys. he's always wanted to be in the military. unfortunately for him, i wasn't so keen on the idea when we started dating...
if you look closely, you can spot finn hiding in the bucket. he was crazy about the diggers.
this is how most of the little photo-ops turned out. just too much excitement to hold still!
for some reason, i've always been a sucker for close-up shots. i could've taken a million pictures of all the details on the military equipment.. that is, if i wasn't too busy chasing a certain two-year-old across the (mostly) frozen mud!

yay for darling pictures of your boys! I totally believe they loved that adventure. ..and no worries about not posting in so long.. I'm much worse..
The boys look like they are in Heaven! They are soooo incredibly cute! What a fun outing, you are such a good mom!!
