lately

it's been a little slow here lately, so i thought i'd show you what i've been up to!
i rigged up a simple system to display some of miles' many pictures- just some baker's twine stretched between thumbtacks. simple and cheap, and it works fine!


this is his picture of the game "plants vs. zombies" that he plays on his grandpa's ipad. i'm not crazy about the game (too creepy for little ones!) but i loved his picture!


i paid a dollar for this picture, when miles was on a selling kick. he says it's a dad holding up his hands for high fives from his boy. i love it!


these ones were birthday presents. so sweet!
my boy knows how i like gnomes.


i've also been working on re-tying this quilt. the original orange ties (on the right) were coming out- the yarn was too slippery, so i was afraid to wash it. now it's getting some plain, boring off-white ties, but i know they're sturdy!

so, not too much going on! although i'm getting ready to apply for the spring bazaar, and i am really excited about what i'm making! can't wait to share soon.
