what is it about me that makes me love these crying pictures so much?!i think it's the cutest thing in the world, when there's no sound involved. i hope that doesn't make me heartless.
finn managed to burn his hand at the grandparent's house last sunday by touching the glass on their fireplace when we weren't looking. turns out we were telling the truth when we said it was HOT.
the blister (or 'bubble' as he calls it) didn't break until yesterday, suprisingly. he let us bandage his hand for a few hours each day, but then enough was enough and he's been au naturale since.
the frustrating part is that he hasn't seemed to learn his lesson. he has tried to put that very hand, blisters and all, on the burner while i was cooking- all the while saying 'hot!'.
i'm thinking it's time to invest in an aloe vera plant.

Poor little Finn. Tasha has a bunch of Aloe plants, she is always looking to give away starts to them. I will tell her you need one STAT!

So Sad but yet sooo cute! Poor little finn. Those blisters kill me, ouch! Good thing he has a wonderful mamma to kiss it better.
Oh! That looks SO painful!!! Weston's brother did the EXACT same thing when he was little on his grandparents fireplace and still has scars. The brothers all laugh about it now though, so soon Finn will think of it as a battle wound!
We should do something again soon!
