mr. o and i are dreaming of a camping trailer. more specifically, an airstream. oh, i am heartsick for an airstream, i long for one! but practicality and reality are loud and real and dreams are elusive... *sigh*
anyways..
i have high hopes for the summer. it seems sweeter now that it's allotted to me in a "summer vacation- from school" package, and my miley is home every day- but for a limited time!
here are just a few things i want to spend my time doing:
playing with/loving on my boys
camping
thrifting
crafting
gardening
swimming
cleaning (only because i want my house clean) (and i need to make it a priority) (and learn to love it) (blah)
riding bikes
picnics
AND- oh my goodness i just hit a treasure trove searching for an airstream picture! the one i used above came from here- and
also, an amazing source here- i couldn't even find the end.. this one is gorgeous.
and, check out this restoration here, and some more "real" pictures here.
w.o.w.
i feel so out of the loop. is this where all the hype about pinterest is coming from!? because there's so much goodness to be found? well, if you don't mind, i'll just link it all here!
whew.
what do you plan to do with your summer??

One of my friends here just bought one to restore. You'll have to come visit me and check it out!!! :) Our plans include sailing and hiking and fishing and tons of unscheduled chaos. Another reason your plans should include a northerly visit! (we are actually going to come down soon too)
Eve, that is funny--Dave and I just looked at a trailer last night. But not an air stream. Our husbands must be talking about them. Family reunions will be much easier with them. Dave's grandma worked at Ruby's Inn down south and lived in an airstream. That was her home, she did not have a house. I think I dream of cleaning like you dream of crafting. I could clean for hours and hours and hours and love every minute.
