so, about my other shopping trip last saturday. to sum it up in one word, it was overwhelming. i have been meaning to check out broadbent's in lehi for at least a year now, and if i'd known what i've been missing, i would certainly have gone much sooner. they have the best selection of fabric (at least cotton) i have ever seen, it made me regret that i have ever gotten fabric elsewhere!
i got almost 20 different fabrics, mostly fat quarters (and when you buy 5, they give you one free) and some remnants. this store is amazing, they've been around since 1882 and are still run by the broadbent family. if you live anywhere along the wasatch front, i would definately recommend you check it out. it is in the cutest area, too, i wish i could be their next-door neighbor!

these are a few of my favorites. i can't wait to go back- in fact, it's so ironic because after i went and got all this fabric, i got a coupon in the mail for $5 of $25. you can bet i'm gonna use it!
